Your challenge:

The Account Manager Energy Storage Solution UK (m/f) is responsible for identifying, engineering and capturing the best possible opportunities to present the company's ESS products in the relevant market segments and to maximize revenues and profit margins in line with the Business Plan.

Your responsibilities:Your qualifications:
  • You manage and develop existing and new sales channels in UK and Scandinavia with main focus on partners, including the entire sales process from business development, prospecting and qualifications through negotiations and signing the deal to post-sales support.
  • You measure, monitor and manage partner sales performance and provide the updates to the company.
  • You participate and coordinate the appropriate pre-sales, professional services and support resources to successfully deliver value and solutions to clients.
  • You negotiate and close terms and conditions of agreements.
  • You develop a full solution offering alongside ESS (for example solar modules) and support other sales functions from time-to-time.
  • You support sales activities within the team (i.e. module sales opportunities) to achieve cross-solution selling.
  • You have sales experience in the Energy Storage industry, especially for Residential & Small Commercial segments, and can present a successful proven sales track record.
  • You already gained work experience in development and execution of direct sales to installers and/or sales partners and provide market insights and implications on ESS market developments within the UK.
  • Alternatively, you have very strong technical sales experience in the Solar PV industry, specifically inverters and/or energy management systems.
  • You have successfully completed your studies, majoring ideally in sales, or you can present equivalent business experience.
  • You are open to the idea of regular business trips within the UK, and less frequently to Germany and Scandinavia.
  • You have a convincing manner, also experience and skills in negotiating agreements.
  • You are a business hunter type, ambitious, highly motivated and able to respond flexibly to a fast-changing environment.
  • You have very good communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
  • You have demonstrable experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint and CRM-systems.
  • Business-fluent spoken and written English skills round off your profile. Other foreign language skills are welcome.
