We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager (m/f/d) to support our marketing team!

You will be responsible for cross-channel marketing, create CRM concepts, conduct potential analyses and develop our landing pages together with our UX specialists. ​You will act within an agile and transparent working environment. Apply now and join the fluege.de team!

Your tasks

  • Conception, implementation, management and analysis of digital cross channel
    marketing campaigns and projects (especially newsletter and CRM)
  • Planning and implementation of strategic (CRM) concepts in consultation with the
    marketing team lead
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with our purchasing and product development
    departments
  • Analysis, optimization, and further development of the landing pages in coordination
    with our UX specialists
  • Reporting and evaluation of the digital marketing campaigns and measures
  • Preparation of variance and potential analyses
  • Cooperation with and control of various agencies
  • Creation of comprehensive data analyses (A/B, funnel, customer journey, attribution,
    audiences)
  • Conducting extensive competitor analyses and market monitoring
  • Collaboration with external cooperation partners

Your profile

  • Degree in business studies/marketing/communication or a comparable qualification
  • At least three years of digital marketing experience, preferably in an e-commerce environment and familiar with CRM systems, campaigning and e-mail marketing
  • Experience in the use of relevant marketing tools like Google Analytics, Microstrategy or SAP Emarsys
  • Communication and organizational skills as well as structured and independent work
  • Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
