You are the first point of contact for technical issues relating to PV systems, with a focus on solar storage, solar inverters, home energy management systems, substructures and solar modules.
You support the commissioning and parameterization of system components.
You optimize documentation within the scope of customer support for internal (e.g. work instructions or process flows) and external purposes (e.g. installation instructions or FAQ's).
You process customer complaints, including communication with the manufacturer of the components, and carry out service visits to customers and end customers.
You create evaluations and reports on complaints and customer visits.

Combines passion with know-how - your profile:

You are trained as an electrician or mechatronics engineer or ideally have a degree and already have international work experience.
You have experience and knowledge in the use of common measurement equipment and the interpretation of measured values.
You already have experience in the field as a service technician in electrical engineering (planning, maintenance, repair and monitoring of photovoltaic systems).
You work goal-oriented and convince with conflict and assertiveness.
You are communicative and like to work in a team, as well as oriented towards customer requirements.
You have knowledge in MS Office and SAP.
Good German and English skills, both written and spoken, as well as a willingness to travel at home and abroad and the ability to work at heights complete your profile.
