You are responsible for determining and monitoring demand, checking changes in the inventory development of the warehouses and initiating measures if necessary.
You carry out order processing based on efficiently developed purchasing and delivery strategies in relation to BOS systems and ensure material disposition.
You are responsible for the selection of suppliers and the maintenance of their relationships for the Europe-wide BOS component business of the Operation Division (services, components, substructure, accessories).
You conduct strategic price and contract negotiations with suppliers on a national and international level and develop new procurement sources in the process.
You are responsible for the correctness and up-to-dateness of the purchasing master data in SAP as well as risk assessment for the selection and qualification of suppliers.
You are the contact person for BOS purchasing and complaints issues.
You accompany supplier audits in cooperation with Quality Management.
You carry out regular analyses and reporting of the various aspects of procurement (costs, stock levels) and support in determining the quantity and timing of procurement in consultation with the management.

You have a commercial education as an industrial clerk and already have international work experience, ideally in a management position.
You have a systematic and analytical way of thinking and work in a goal-oriented and organized manner.
You are a strong communicator and can motivate and encourage your team.
You have negotiating skills with an entrepreneurial mindset, keep a cool head even in conflict situations and can make good decisions thanks to your assertiveness.
You are comfortable working in controlling, supply chain management and understanding business administration, especially cost control.
You have good MS Office skills and very good knowledge of SAP (MM, MDM).
Very good written and spoken German and English round off your profile.
