Primarily, you'll be tasked with providing technical assistance for Hanwha Q-Cells' products to both international direct and indirect customers.
You'll play a crucial role in offering technical and sales support through customer service, focusing on installation, application, and feasibility studies related to solar modules and system components.
Conducting product training for customers and partners, along with addressing and managing complaints, will be key aspects of your responsibilities.
Your role will involve actively supporting the installation, commissioning, and assessment of test and reference systems, as well as monitoring systems.
In response to quality feedback or complaints, you'll be instrumental in developing customized solution concepts and aiding in their implementation using SAP/REM.
You will be responsible for international on-site assignments to to conduct fault analyses, perform field inventory and documentation, and independently carry out repairs to PV systems.

Combines passion with know-how - your profile:

You bring to the table a completed mechatronics or electronics technician training, preferably coupled with a master craftsman certificate.
Proficiency in using standard measuring equipment and experience in planning, maintaining, repairing, and monitoring photovoltaic or generation systems are crucial aspects of your skill set.
With previous professional experience as a field service technician in electrical engineering, you excel in fault analysis and problem identification.
Your exceptional communication skills position you as a specialist in collaborative team efforts and customer interactions.
Fluency in English, French, and Arabic is a must for international business trips, complemented by good German skills. Your qualifications extend to working at heights and holding an electrician certification for working under voltage.
