As Working Student for Digital Marketing you will execute the digital marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth. You have a proven track record in handling digital marketing tools such as Hubspot, Marketo, Eloqua or other digital marketing applications and content management programs for websites? You are keen to learn the use of new tools quickly and are eager to adapt learnings and analytics in the further use of them? We would be very happy to get to know you!

Marketing Communication Execution

• You implement and adapt email marketing campaigns using Marketing Automation.
• You segment email lists based on customer behavior and preferences to deliver personalized content.
• You collaborate with creative teams to produce high-quality and engaging content.
• You create creative presentations in Office 365.
• You are part of our podcast production, including the editing and distribution of podcast episodes.
• You contribute to the planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns across channels including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing.
• You design and implement marketing automation workflows using HubSpot as Marketing Automation to nurture leads and engage customers.
• You apply your technical skills to integrate and optimize various digital marketing tools and platforms.
• You troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to digital marketing activities.

Analytics & Marketing Intelligence

• You prepare reports and present insights to team lead, recommending adjustments if needed.
• You monitor and optimize automated campaigns to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
• You utilize analytics tools to monitor and analyze the performance of our digital marketing campaigns.

• You have experience in digital marketing.
• You have strong prioritization and organization skills.
• You are proficient in Google Suite, nice-to-have: skills in MS Office (e.g. PowerPoint & Word)
• You are fluent in English and proficient in German. Additional language skills are a plus.
• You have strong communication skills and can adapt your style to different audiences.
• You possess personal drive and an entrepreneurial spirit ("can do mentality")
• You are creative and approach challenges with an out-of-the-box mindset.
• You are highly committed to quality.
• You have a technical interest and willingness to learn new tools and applications.
