Its business primarily serves key sectors such as smart grids, radio frequency identification (RFID), automotive electronics, and the security industry. To meet the needs of these sectors, it provides innovative and environmentally friendly lithium battery solutions and related products characterized by high energy density, long service life, and a wide operating temperature range.

Responsibilities

  • Manage customs affairs for battery and energy storage product imports and exports, ensuring compliance for dangerous goods declaration and cross-border transportation;
  • Review product classification (HS Code), declaration documents, and certificates of origin to mitigate potential tax and customs risks;
  • Handle communication and reporting matters with German customs authorities (Zollamt)and other relevant regulatory agencies;
  • Ensure compliance with special declaration and transportation requirementsfor battery-related products;
  • Support customs management modules in WMS and ERP systems, ensuring data accuracy and traceability;
  • Coordinate with headquarters and Chinese teams to ensure accurate cross-border declaration data and information synchronization;
  • Monitor German and EU customs policies, dangerous goods regulations, and tax updates, providing timely recommendations for compliance and process improvements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in International Trade, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related fields;
  • At least 3 years of experience in customs management or declaration, preferably with experience in dangerous goods or battery products;
  • Familiar with the German and EU customs systems (Union Customs Code)and import/export procedures;
  • Proficient in ERP and WMS system operationand customs data management;
  • Fluent in English and German, with native-level Chinesefor effective coordination with headquarters;
  • Detail-oriented, responsible, and capable of independently handling complex customs and compliance issues.
